 Pizzaro started with the idea of giving people the experience of great food, made from simple ingredients. From all of the housemade sauces and dressings to the daily made dough and mozzarella. Our belief has always been to give our customers the best possible cuisine, beginning with our pizzas, to our pastas and entrees, to subs, salads and appetizers.

We strive every day to be the best we can be and are always improving. That's why we believe at Pizzaro, the "Little things are the difference between good and Great"!

Not a pizza, not a flatbread, PIZZARO! is in a class all of its own. And rightly so.

It is the modern foodie’s answer to a wholesome, guilt-free and ridiculously delicious, hand-kneaded crust. The secret is the 80% hydration of our propietary special blend of Italian flour. This ensures a crisp, light, easy-to-digest, healthier and tastier base!

Nourishing, wholesome and completely irresistible, PIZZARO! is on a mission to introduce our uniquely healthy yet undeniably tasty menu to our community of thinkers, doers, movers, shakers and lovers of life.

Founded in August 2022 as a Indian home-grown concept, PIZZARO! Founder Mr. Pinak Sharma spent countless hours kneading, baking, and taste testing flour blends in Various Cities before landing on the signature PIZZARO..! 30 hour-fermented base.

Our mozzarella is locally produced by the finest Italian craftsmen and our vegetables are sourced locally when possible, ensuring that we select only the freshest GMO-free veggies and herbs for our toppings.

In 2022, PIZZARO! opened its first site in C-scheme Jaipur and since has successfully grown to further locations across the Jaipur with a further location in neighbouring Districts of Rajasthan..

With these markets operating successfully, PIZZARO! is now planning further expansion to become a globally recognised brand.

LESS CALORIES FOR YOUR DOUGH

A question we get asked all the time is “what is in your dough?”. We never have and never will keep secrets about any of our ingredients, so here is the lowdown on our dough.⁣

We use a unique blend of flour created specifically for PIZZARO! – a blend of Naturally Dried Sourdough, Soy Flour and Fiber, Rice Flour and Soft Whole Wheat Flour. This blend gives us just the right amount of crunch in the crust but maintains a soft and fluffy centre.

On top of that, we use 80% water to 20% flour and only the tiniest amount of yeast and gluten meaning you can say goodbye to that bloated feeling you’d probably get eating (entire) other Pizzas.⁣

Oh, and all our flour is Organic, GMO-Free with absolutely  ZERO chemical additives!⁣
